Our Company History
Sams Maintenance Services, a division of Quad Mart Corporation, started in the Spring
Season of 1986. Its founders, Anita and David Semancik, began services for a couple of Rental Companies. Their equipment was
minor, consisting of a Push Lawn Mower and Weed Trimmer. Through "Word of Mouth" with
a Good Reputation, and the idea to "Treat Everyone As A Friend", it became obvious
that our Company would need to expand.
In 1987, after agreements made with the Department of Housing & Urban
Development (HUD), our Company and its services grew to accommodate the needs. Our Company maintained over 500 Properties
in 7 Counties. Its Services included Lawn Maintenance, Miscellaneous Repairs and Complete Debris Removal to prepare the
Property for Government Sale.
Those agreements lasted for about 9 years until HUD restructured and gave
the responsibilities back to the Financial Lenders. This opened NEW & MANY Doors of Opportunity for our
Company.
Today, Sams Maintenance Services has a Client Base covering the Northwestern Ohio Area. Our Company
employs 10 Full Time / 4 Part Time Employees. We operate 4 Road Crew Service Vehicles and offers a Veriaty of Services for
preserving Vacant or Foreclosed Properties.
Although our Company continues to grow, one thing still remains the
same, to "Treat Everyone As A Friend".
