Anita and David Semancik started this company in 1986 with
Love and Honesty. Keeping that belief true in both their personal and business lives, they have shown everyone
how far someone may go.
When not at the Office or performing Field Work, this couple enjoys spending time together
with their family and friends.
At work, Anita and David still team up together to perform services on our Client's
properties. With doing this, it continues to show all our emplyees that no one is better than another. It takes many to succeed.
Even though some Rules and Regulations have changed since they began, Anita and David are always hard at work.

Announcement! Our company is cuurently having negotiations with a Large Developing Firm
in Toledo with plans on a Potential Relocation of our Offices. The Relocation would include our Accounting, Human Resource,
Orders and Operation Offices all under one roof. The decision to look for a Larger Facility started sometime this past
August 2004 when it was apparent that Space was becoming limited. As of 2009, our company has relocated to a New & Improved Location. Further information will be advised
after all upgrades & rehabs have been completed. The Owners of our company have stated that this Transition,
after completion, is for the Positive. Good Luck & we look forward in updating everyone soon.
